If I could rate 0, I would. Substandard service in every possible way. We ordered cupcakes for a baby shower from the Cupcakerie thru DVE. DVE got ot wrong, wrong, wrong. 1. Delivered 2.5 dozen fewer cupcakes than we ordered. Charged us for them, too. 2. Delivered a variety picked by their driver from the bakery's display case. We ordered ALL vanilla. 3. Claimed the rest would be delivered "tomorrow." No good for TODAY'S party. 4. Charged a $23 service fee. Yeah, for this total LACK of service, they charged an extra fee. 5. Applied a $33 tip. Excuse me, what? 6. We ordered 2 weeks in advance. DVE had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to arrange an accurate delivery. They didn't even come CLOSE.

Very reliable, I’ve moved 3 times and thankfully I have been in the radius. I prefer to support local than the bigger chain delivery apps/services. Honestly I think the prices should be higher to reflect the quality and workmanship of these folks. Highly recommend plus they accept cash!

Took 45 minutes longer than they said it would. Driver was very nice, and pleasant. Missing part of our order - May or may not be the service providers fault, but when relying on a service you expect them to double check. I emailed the support to see what recourse there is for this type of issue. Final review will depend on that feedback. Will update as applicable.

If you are looking for delivery on campus, go with someone else. Trust me! I had a horrible experience that was 2+ hours of waiting, the driver leaving my food with a random person (and therefore I didn't get it), and minimal, slow contact regarding the issue. Literally the worst customer service; instead of helping with the problem, all I got back was back talk, excuses, and being called a liar- even after asking to speak to someone else. I had to go to my bank to take care of the charges! Please take your business to another delivery company! Not worth it!

I do like the variety of restaurants offered. However, I wish they were able to deliver by the time I choose. I pre-ordered food to be delivered by 12:30 since I have work later today, and here it is going on 1pm and I still don't have any food. Whelp; had to leave for work--still haven't heard back from the company yet...I just got home and guess what I saw on my porch? My food I ordered that was supposed to be delivered by 12:30pm! I have no idea what time it was delivered/how long it was there.
