Dryden Park Golf Course

I will rate this course 4 stars because of the greens, best greens I’ve seen out of the past 10 courses I’ve played in about 3 week time. Ball runs smooth, checks quick and repair marks are fixed consistently. Could use some water in the fairways. All in all very relaxed course to play. I would definitely return.

Prices on the website are completely false. I had reserved a tee time for $56 and they charged me $98 when I got there. Course was congested and in bad shape, every hole felt the same. Go somewhere else.

I had a lot of fun here. I say this often but there aren't enough nice accessible muni courses out there, and this is one of them. Nice generous people, well kept, wide open fairways, and sneaky hard and small greens. If you are in the Modesto area and have the itch, this will be the scratch you need.

The pro shop burned down 5 years ago and the city is still using a 3rd world trailer and porta potties. The city could have just as easily purchased a bigger better modular building with a snack bar and restroom but chose to take the cheap crappy route. Pathetic. Zero stars.

Good deal for what is offered. Low key check in. Electric carts available complimentary. There were some dry spots and all the sand traps were very compacted and hard to hit from...I should know... I landed in about half of them
