Drexel hill pizza & grill

I’ve had the pizza a few times and I keep trying to give it a chance. The neighboring Pizza shops are better. I purchase pizza and it was burnt. My kid had one slice and didn’t finish it. On the flip side, the people are always nice and polite.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I paid for delivery and tipped, and my order still arrived missing an item I paid for. When I called, they promised it would be delivered within two hours. It never showed up. The next day, instead of correcting their mistake, the manager spoke to me with rudeness, hostility, and zero professionalism. He told me to “come pick it up myself,” even though I had already paid for delivery. That alone shows how little they care about customers or basic honesty. This business charged me for something I never received, refused to fix it, and treated me like I was the problem for asking for what I paid for. Because of their behavior, I have filed a police report and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Let

Awful food....AWFUL PEOPLE in that awful so called food place...I ordered chicken wings. They were very expensive. $16.00 for 10 wings. I ordered them dry. I don't like sauce on my wings. I also asked if they were big....She said they were..So.....I get them chicken wings......i open the box....I see 10 SMALL chicken wings. They were SOOOOOOO dry..I could not chew them. I called to let them know I was very unhappy with the wings. The lady just yelled and yelled. So if you want good wings and pizza....DON"T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT DREXEL HILL PIZZA AND GRILL! The buffalo pizza with there blue cheese 10/10. Every time I order it’s always fresh. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a Stromboli and they gave me a pizza turnover, the girl argues with me that it’s a Stromboli, when it’s clearly a pizza turnover that I would have never ordered. A Stromboli and pizza turnover aren’t even close. Wouldn’t fix or issue refund. Don’t sell this as a Stromboli it is not!
