Dracula's Chimney Cakes

This food truck is amazing! Located in a small food truck lot, this place is one of the most unique discoveries I've found in awhile right in the Tomball area. I tried the Jalapeno Boudin, Pulled Pork Panini, Asiago Cheese & Olive Savory Chimney Cake, and a massive Cinnamon Sweet Chimney Cake. I absolutely fell in love with everything I ordered. The boudin and panini were so filling and flavorful. The cheese & olive chimney cake tasted just like a cheese pizza, but with better dough. The dough they make tastes and feels similar to stretchy dough(crispy on the outside, soft on the inside), which is one of my favorites. Finally, the cinnamon chimney cake tasted like an upgraded churro. I got dark chocolate sauce to dip my sweet chimney cake in just like how they do it in Spain.

Authentic Transylvania food and Texas meat? Absolutely yes. One of the most unique experiences someone can have. It is sometimes a longer wait for the food? Maybe, but is worth every minute waited. We drive occasionally from DFW just to get some food. We also had him cater to our wedding and it was a blast!

I had seen chimney cakes posts on Instagram from Romania and always wanted to try one, my cousin tagged this place and i knew i had to come try it out. It was a long drive, but OH SO WORTH IT!! Brought my parents and hubby with me, ate the Brisket and Asiago Cheese Panini and then afterwards ate a Chocolate Belgian Chimney Cake. 😋😋 The whole meal was DELICIOUS!! Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing!! Delicious!! Yummy Transylvanian food. Tried it for the first time today and loved it! I will definitely be back to try another dish on the menu!

I love this place! You have to try it!! Try the chimney without the ice cream then try it with but my favorite is with ice cream on the side.
