Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar - FIU

I recently had the opportunity to have dinner with my wife at Dr. Limón near FIU. Despite it being a well-known spot, I had never had the chance to visit before. At first, I thought it would be a casual, fast-food-style restaurant, but it turned out to be a true gastronomic experience showcasing excellent Peruvian cuisine. ​We were lucky enough to try some off-menu dishes, and the flavors were outstanding—truly on par with Peru's haute cuisine. Regarding the service, it was excellent. We were attended by Chavelis, who was incredibly kind and gave us perfect recommendations based on our tastes. This experience is definitely worth it!

Amazing food! Tasty, fresh, authentic Peruvian flavors and ingredients. Ceviches are really recommended. The service also was excellent! I definitely repeat this restaurant soon.

I love a good ceviche made with quality ingredients that don’t break the bank! I visited this place years ago but didn’t live close enough to come often. Now that I’ve moved to the area, I’m so happy to see it’s still here and just as amazing as I remember! Probably one of the best ceviches in Miami! Their causa is equally delicious, and the drinks did not disappoint. The cucumber mule was refreshing and perfectly tangy. The service was exceptional; truly on par with a high-end restaurant. It’s rare to find great service in Miami, but our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. 10/10 — highly recommend! Posted some pictures but the ceviche did not make it to the picture ! Next time .

I had a really great experience I had what I believe was a Paella bowl mixed. It was fried rice Seafood chicken and it was very tasty. It was definitely a healthy portion I took something home for my wife. Great service! I'll be back and would recommend. Ask for some expresso when your done! Santiago was my server.

The place is great , but what most excel is the costumer service , our waiter German was amazing very helpful he explained literally the whole menu , he recommended a few dishes because it was our first time . The food amazing. I wish a lot of restaurants were like this
