DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

This is the same Dairy Queen restaurant that I've been going to for over 50 years now. It's a bit of a slower pace of life. Go in, relax and enjoy your meal and your ice cream and don't get in a hurry and just chill. The food is good. The people are nice. This is a small town and everyone knows everyone. Don't get in a big hurry and just be nice. You'll have a great experience.

Every time I go here I always get my exact order everything is good. one time though when I ordered something I did find a piece of hair but I didn't make a big deal about it. I do recommend the Oreo cookies with extra cookies and caramel blizzard 😋 🤤. other than that a really great place to go and eat.

They sent out 10 off coupons thought I would use their app and order the limited 2 for 7$ double cheeseburger and a 2 for 5$ single cheeseburger and spent almost 30$. I got there they tried not giving me the ice cream I ordered stating it wasn't on the order as im reading it to them i was charged for it so how is it not. I asked if the whole order was there assured it was get home missing the 2 for 7$ had to let my family eat because they decided that since I had the 10$ off coupon the manager states that its not a big deal i still saved 10$ and it wasn't the point never offered to fix it or refund the cost of burgers literally said what you want me to do about it? this is just 1 of the last few instances they shorted me but charged me wont be back the owners run it like a crack den.

Terrible service. When you get a $78 order for one single car, and the cars behind you only have $10 orders, PARK THE CAR. No one should wait 20 minutes on 2 blizzards.

This DQ always has great food, but a lot of times staff call off or there short handed. Now don't get me wrong the people that do work are always kind and helpful. Sometimes though the wait can be forever in the drive through. Inside can be just as bad on wait time. Usually the atmosphere is good and usually there are good folks in there enjoying their food as well.
