DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

We wanted a quick bite while traveling, and DQ filled that need. The young woman at the drive-through was pleasent, and there was a minimal wait for our food. The food was hot, and decent. Was it a gourmet burger? No. Was I expecting a gourmet burger? No, if I was, we would have gone somewhere else. I have zero complaints about the food, service or price. Next time we're passing through, I would go back.

I ordered the Parmesan Garlic chicken tenders and they were so garlic/salty that they were inedible. I really don't think they know what they are doing when they make this crap, but putting that much on food is dangerous for people that need to limit there salt intake. Don't order them, unless you have plenty drink to wash it done. Ridiculous amounts.

Couldn’t even order a side of chili for fries, nasty dirty people everywhere. But the older lady checking us out was very nice.

I got coupons in the mail. Wemt on the app to see what I could order before I went to the location to order in person to use my coupons. The app lets me ring up a blizzard in substitution for a drink in the 6 PC chicken basket. I get to the speaker and ask for just that. She says the total is 17 bucks which is weird because it wasn't that on the app. Also she never asked what I wanted for the side. So I get up there and go to use my coupons and apparently I can't substitute the blizzard for a drink. Which I most likely can and she just wasn't trained properly. She also I guess just doesn't know what coupons are because I had to say it 3 times and pull out the actual coupons to show her what I meant. So I ended up not getting my blizzard because I wasn't about to pay 17 bucks for that, and

If I could I'd leave zero stars. I gave this place three tries to many and I'll never go back!! The first time found hair in my cheese sauce. Second time handed me out cold food after waiting 15 min. Today waited at speaker for ten min before ever greeted. Should have left but no I wanted chicken. So I ordered. Got to window dude promptly took my card. Waited ten min he hands me my card back and the ice cream shut window. Waited another 15 min I was just about to pull around and go in he hands me my food.i open it food is ice cold I won't be back
