DP’s has been a staple in Garfield, NJ for over 50 years. We are beyond excited that you were able to rebuild and can’t wait for the doors to reopen. The menu is absolutely spectacular. You’d never imagine that a seafood restaurant this fresh and delicious could be hiding in plain sight. DP’s truly embodies a taste of home. We are honored and blessed to have you in our community—a place where you can gather with family and friends, or simply stop in for a quick meal and a beer on a Wednesday night. This place has a very loyal following. They call themselves a seafood grill and they do have a larger selection of seafood options than you'll ever find in any corner bar. Making a reservation doesn't guarantee you'll be seated at your reservation time, you may have to wait. I personally wouldn't go here again for dinner but I think it would be a great place for lunch or drinks after work.

It's back baby! We went on second day of reopening and it was like it was never gone. They now do table reservations by phone, or first come, first serve at bar, which we did. NOTHING has changed with the food, it was outstanding. Emma was our server and she was running around non stop, busy as hell. She did a great job of dealing with the madness. We will be here once a month for sure! So glad they rebuilt it after the 2024 fire instead of just getting out of the business all together.

So happy DP’s is back!!! My family and I have been coming for over 30 years and DP’s did not disappoint… I didn’t have a reservation, but Laura was kind enough to accommodate us… Thank you, Laura!! I don’t remember my waitresses’ name, but her service was excellent. The food was amazing, as always! Can’t wait to come back!

happy they reopened! The inside is bright and clean. The workers are all very kind and accommodating despite how crowded it was. The food is delicious! We love their lobster sliders and fried clams!
