Just spoke with Kristin at Douglas Equipment and ordered equipment. She was exceptionally pleasant to work with and I think I could hear her smiling through the phone. That is what I consider great customer service.
purchased 2 x BUNN hot water dispenser via amazon. listing had no info no description of the unit, technical tab had no info no description of the specs. refunded the unit because of incorrect power output, seller wanted me to pay for their initial shipping cost, my own return shipping cost, and 20% restocking fee per unit. unacceptable refund policy and dishonest seller, claim filed with amazon. STAY AWAY! DISHONEST SELLER!
Don't waste your time shopping anywhere. DEQ has the best prices and service hands down. Kristen was professional and knowledgeable.
There is a good selection of Kitchen supplies. This is the only place of it's kind, anywhere near our area. Cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils of all kinds.
