Smaller with a more limited number of chair/desk nooks for studying compared to other DCL branches I’ve been to, though it is nicely integrated into the surrounding shopping center. It had the most study rooms available the day I was needing. It is interesting how some people don’t reserve them and aren’t worried about others coming in. Maybe that’s a way to get a little more study time in.

A simple but cute library. It is in a strip store area. Parking is small so plan with extra time. The building is clean and has a good selection of books for all ages. I love the outdoor seating with the fireplace.

I met two amazing employees of the Castle Pines library today. Spencer and Vanessa! They were extraordinary in helping me with The borrowing of a DVD, my wife ordered. They showed extreme kindness, compassion, and positive energy and helping me pick the DVD up on Mother’s Day. I already love this library because of its quaintness. To have fantastic employees as well is a huge bonus. Thank you, Spencer and Vanessa! You made my day!

We just got our new library and it has an awesome little play area. I have three small children and we have spent a lot of time at all the libraries. I was so disappointed today when parent’s decided to just leave their bratty kids to play unattended while they were who knows where. Their children were treating the play areas and others with absolutely no respect. I’m not sure when parents just stop parenting but supervise your children at the library, it’s not a daycare, and the rest of us would love for our library to stay nice.

I've been there a few times before today, and they are so friendly!!! They treat me with respect even though I'm homeless. Today, they allowed me to stay in a room a bit longer so I could keep editing a short film I am working on. I got a library card today!!! I'm going to check out the Parker location so I can use their editing bay!!
