You can taste that these aren’t cranked out for volume. The dulce de leche was rich and glossy with a nutty sweetness that didn’t cross into cloying. The crumb topping added texture without overwhelming the glaze. The chocolate with cacao nibs had that slight bitterness that balances the sweetness beautifully, and the snap of the nibs against the soft dough made it even better. Oh my goodness! These doughnuts are so delicious. The crazy thing is, when I’m in the area I always pick some up. However, every time feels like my first time. Today I picked up: Boston Cream Soft and fluffy with a smooth vanilla cream inside that tastes rich but not heavy. The chocolate on top is silky and clean, not overly sweet or waxy. Every bite feels balanced and comforting. Seasonal Jam Light and airy with a bright, fruity jam that tastes fresh instead of fake. The jam adds just enough sweetness and a little tang, which keeps it from feeling sugary or overpowering. Cheesecake Creamy and slightly tangy with a soft texture that melts as you eat it. It has that classic cheesecake flavor without being too rich. Sweet, but calm and smooth. Hibiscus This one really stands out. Light

The cheesecake donut is easily one of the best donuts I’ve ever had. That cream in the middle was mind blowing. I tried the blueberry lemon donut as well. At first it was just ehhh, but after the second bite the flavors exploded in my mouth. I will be returning to this shop. Its was amazing. The staff is kind as well. This is easily my favorite donut spot in all of new york. These donuts are such an interesting cross between fluffy and cakey ans the icing is delicious. Theyre about $6/7 per donut but well worth it theyre about the size of 2 or 3 normal donuts.

I tried the cheesecake doughnut and it was very delicious. It was quite hefty and filling so I don't recommend eating anything else prior (unless you're okay with being uncomfortably full). The iced americano, though basic, was also nice too. Seating is a bit tight so I would probably just take it to-go.
