Dough Co. Doughnuts & Coffee

I went to the new location on N. Main St. around 9 AM on Thursday of their grand opening . I am a big fan of the location on Hills and Dales. I’ve been going for years. But it takes about 20 minutes to get there and this location is only about 14 minutes from me. I know this is opening week and was prepared for them to be busy which they were. The donuts were fresh, soft and delicious. The staff was very nice and working to fill orders as quickly as possible. My 2 complaints are that I ordered only four donuts and two of them had the wrong filling. I asked for two raspberry filled, and I got two lemon filled . Also, there was not very much filling as compared to the other location I usually go to. I’m thinking maybe they had so many donuts to fill because it’s opening week that they didn’

I love that Dough Co has opened up a location here! I’d only go to the Hills and Dales location on special occasions because of the longer drive. Those glazed cream sticks are the absolute best. I wonder what the best seller is 🤔

Well, let's just say their customer service gets 100 stars from me today because of the way the gentleman behind the counter handled my extra-long wait in line due to circumstances beyond their control. Over and above what any other place would do.

Been in 3 times for a maple crème stick. Everytime they are sold out. But have almost everything else in stock. Maybe whoever decides the selection should actually make more of what sells out not very good business sense to make stuff that doesn’t sell.
