Tried this place out again during a promo deal. Did a phone order so it was convenient during the lunch rush. Great service and atmosphere. Fast casual eatery with a big selection of mexi Cali style food, salads, bowls, burritos, tacos plates, quesadillas, kids menu and more. Awesome salsa bar! The chicken border burrito was pretty decent, wasn't as filled as what you typically get at a local Mexican restaurant but flavor of the chicken was good. You can definitely find something to suit your diet or any restrictions.

I haven't been here for years. I used to come here for lunch after soccer. I usually go to my usual spot when I wanted Mexican. But today was a Friday and my usual spot was busy too on a Friday the weekendyou know . I was craving for a burrito and thought to come here. I went with my family and we ordered the border burrito and enchiladas, both were good. It satisfied my craving. It also came with chips. They have a salsa bar in the restaurant. The food wasn't bad. The staff are nice. We would come again.

I've loved eating at Dos since I was a freshman at UC Davis in 1993, but the Elk Grove restaurant has become my go-to when I want takeout. I order as I'm leaving work and it's ready 10 minutes later when I arrive every time. Prices are good and they have a ton of very different things I love. I'll order based on my mood--ranchero burritos, green chili stew, shrimp burritos--I even order a couple of their salads, and I never order salads at restaurants!

Our family eats at Dos Coyotes Border Cafe on a regular basis. The manager is very friendly and the employees are very kind. The facility is always clean and the service is quick. The bathrooms are always nice and clean. If you have never been to the restaurant before, I highly recommend it. It is a different atmosphere as you order your food at the register and they bring it to you. If you get a fountain drink, you can refill it as much as you want while you are eating. The salsa bar is top notch and every flavor is packed with quailty ingredients. I highly recommend this place!
