Great food and nice people. It is a big and busy place.

Mild hot sauce tasted like tomato sauce. Queso had no real flavor, rather bland. The food in general didn't have much flavor. The best thing about the myself was that bottled beer and the gal that served us.

We were traveling through Bowie and stopped for a meal. The service was friendly and knowledgeable to help me order a salad that met my dietary restrictions. I had the fajita salad which was fresh and met my "low carb" requirements. My companion had the three cheese enchilada plate. The salsa was offered in different levels of heat which is great if you're not into the spicy salsa. My only constructive suggestion would be to add avocado slices to the fajita salad.

Holy wow! My lunch here was terrific! I ordered the brisket tacos. Portion wasn't too much or too little. The flavor was outstanding. I'd have taken a picture of the tacos, but I didn't want to stop eating to do so. So, ya got a pic of my empty plate! YUM!!!
