A Hidden Gem One of the best Valentine’s weekends ever! 💕 Our stay at the Historic Dorminy-Massee House Bed and Breakfast was truly everything and more. My husband and I had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. From the warm, cozy place to rest, to the delicious home-cooked meals lovingly prepared by Mrs. Sherry, every detail was simply perfect. Mark and Sherry’s hospitality was unmatched — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt. The atmosphere was peaceful, charming, and full of Southern grace. This B&B takes you back to the most lovely experiences of an era gone by. The furniture, the paintings, needlepoints, silver tea set, textiles, and quilts galore. All the while you'll enjoy the creature comforts of an in-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, not to mention individual controls in each room for AC/heat. The food and the host family are the icing on the cake of our beautiful stay. Don't miss the secret garden pond and all the vignettes on the wraparound porch. Obviously, we're going back and we can't wait.

This historic homesite is absolutely gorgeous. It was like stepping back in time. The gardens are so beautiful and relaxing. Incredible B&B.

There are few places I've stayed where the hosts and facility are equaled in their guest experience! I've stayed here a few times when in Fitzgerald, and can't recommend it enough. Classic Greek revival home, each room themed showcasing the history of the town, and hosts that ensure you'll have an amazing stay! Thanks! Can't wait to get back to Fitzgerald!

Beautifully restored historic southern home in small town Georgia. The home is wonderful with antique furniture, big southern porch and beautiful garden area. The bedrooms are uniquely decorated combing old furnishings with modern convenience. The owners are very nice and provide a delicious breakfast. The only problem is the house was built in the early 1900s in an old prestigious part of the town which in those days meant good access to the train station, so the house is just a few blocks away from the train station and railroad lines. The trains travel through town many times every day and night so train engine horns every couple of hours during the night which wake you up. Also Fitzgerald is small town with limited options for dining. The Bed and Breakfast is absolutely the best place
