Doo-Dah Diner

Corner! We sat in a booth near a kitchen door and heard "corner!" hundreds of times. The wait staff warning while carrying food around the blind corners was annoying at first. But after our first bites of our meals, I realized "Corner!" was an announcement of delicious food about to be delivered to some happy customer. The food was delicious. The biscuits and gravy full plate is huge - reconsider if you are not that hungry. I like the favorite dish Crispy Corned Beef Hash. I would have preferred more green chili. But it was great topped with easy over eggs. Staff was extremely friendly. A free small bowl of cinnamon monkey bread was a pleasant surprise that tied us over until our order arrived. This deserves more than 5 stars! Came here years ago and had the best Sunday brunch buffet ever. Today we all ordered off the menu and everything is amazing! Fresh ingredients, good sized portions and loads of amazing options. The staff is great and the manager is very friendly, walking around to make sure the food and service is great. Doo-Dah Diner is a MUST eat at restaurant, you will definitely not be disappointed in their food and service.

Very nice atmosphere, a little busy but no serious issues. We had cheeseburgers they came the way we ordered, I added a fried egg, excellent and respectable size. My wife selected no onion, extra pickle, both arrived as ordered. Several add-on options available leaving lots of options. The service was very nice, helpful and friendly. The owner was out on the floor checking with everyone ensuring a pleasant experience. I felt as though that was a nice touch.

Seated at the counter is the best seat in the house. It is a show of food and a staff that delivers! Within minutes I had several staff greeting me. Rebecca brought me monkey bread while I watched the show. The special for breakfast was steak Benedict. OMG it looked so delicious. Jess showed me a plate she was serving up. I watched the show to decide what I would order. Burgundy was my server. After seeing the hash browns I knew I wanted them. I also ordered an omelet with dill havarti cheese, bacon, sausage and mushrooms. Yummy! For a up charge instead of toast I had a half a order of banana bread French toast which is Banana bread battered and fried, topped with candied apples, pecans, apple butter, whipped cream and homemade molasses syrup. Banana fosters cinnamon roll that has been deep fried. This was better than most of the s&x I've had over the years. Yes, it really is THAT good!
