Donut Star Colton

Donut Star is a local favorite! This shop almost always has fresh made donuts. Their breakfast sandwich like the egg and cheese or ham egg and cheese are a must try. They have iced coffee that comes in a few flavors and it's the perfect blend of strong and sweet. The staff is always friendly and happy to see you. I've been here really earning 5 am real late 11 pm and their service is consistently great. They upgraded their seating area so you have booths to sit at to enjoy your food.

All the other reviews about the lady working the drive thru at night are true. I just left at 12:15am and got approached by a older like 45-50 year old short lady. She seemed very cold and like fed up as if she didn’t want to take my order . I been going to this donut shop for 6 years now since the old location and I’ve never had a problem, they always been nice and helpful! Good donuts as well! It’s just the particular lady , she needs to see more welcoming , she’s very bland and just super serious and sounds rude . Made me consider if I even wanted to finish my order. Apart from that , they are a good company .

Wow!! They surprised me .. It's our first time going to this donut shop. The coffee was too delicious ande the ham and cheese with jalapeños It's so good And we ordered a chocolate bar too it tasted delicious. We will come back here soon.

I came in at 12:45 AM like I’ve always done—I’ve supported this business for years. I’ve spent money here consistently—but the older Asian woman working tonight was absolutely vile. Her attitude was judgmental, cold, and flat-out disgusting. She looked at me like I was beneath her, spoke with arrogance, and made me feel completely unwelcome in a place I’ve been loyal to for a long time. Let me be clear: it’s not the business—it’s her. One bitter, ignorant person who doesn’t deserve to represent a late-night community spot like this. She acts like she hates the very people who keep this place alive. She should be grateful that people still show up at night, especially in a small town like Colton. She clearly lacks the respect, empathy, and basic customer service required to be in that rol

Donut Star is back!! No other donut shop even comes close to making pastries like these. Not too sweet or too dense, but perfectly moist and fluffy every time. They even taste great the next day if you store them properly (I leave them in the white paper bag in the microwave overnight). I never realized how good we had it with Donut Star until they temporarily closed. Hands down the best donuts in the I.E.
