Donut Palace

My experience is always pleasant. The staff are very friendly and donuts are fresh! One time my glazed twist weren’t fresh I returned them and they were exchanged without any issue.

The first day I stopped late in the day and you could tell, and they were a little dry but the taste was good. The next day I got there earlier, they were delicious. Both days I got the same three types of donuts Very Friendly Staff both days!

The last few times I’ve been here the donuts have been stale. They’re just not good and barely taste like donuts! I’ve come early in the morning after opening and later in the afternoon. Each time has been the same. I tried to give them a break for more than six months. Nothing has changed. The donuts used to be really good years ago. The 30 minute drive that I have to get there is no longer worth it. The ladies working there this last time were awesome. Especially Pam, I just wish the donuts would’ve been the same!

Owner was extremely rude while training new employees! Its 7 am, im dressed in my bummy clothes because I thought a quick trip to get donuts and coffee wouldn't take 30 minutes but I was wrong! Owner told me im "nothing to look at, nothing at all" and that "Im a miserable woman" because she messed up and charged me for the wrong donuts and was struggling to make my latte. All while "training" a new employees. She stopped name calling me when other customers walked through the door. Terrible customer service and absolutely no respect. Will never be back no matter how much my husband likes there donuts.

The service as great, the employees are kind and friendly. The food was delicious. We will be back when the weather is a bit better with the kids! Thank you for the excellent service today!
