I recently stopped by Donut Factory for a quick, early morning coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was pretty good - smooth, with a nice balance of flavor that hit the spot for my morning drive pick-me-up. They offer a variety of options, including hot coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee, which I’m tempted to try next time. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere felt welcoming, like a classic donut shop with a community vibe. While I didn’t grab any donuts this time, the place had a solid rating based on the reviews, so I’m guessing their pastries are worth a try too. If you’re in the area and need a reliable cup of coffee, Donut Factory is a solid choice. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu.

The cronuts are too large which causes them to be burned. the cronuts should be 1/2 the size. If they will visit the Happy Donuts in Beaumont on Dowlen, they can see how it should be made. I love cronuts, but wish I did not have to drive to Beaumont, 30 miles away for them. I have added a picture of how THEIR cronuts are made heavy and burned versus Happy Donut cronuts light and tasty. If you make them half the size the cooking time is less also, then they are not burned. You can clearly see the difference. They are doing themselves such a disadvantage by continuing to make them this way. Happy Donuts have a line around the corner waiting on their and run out before 10am daily. I do love the chocolate they use on their donuts. Their donuts are good but the cronuts get an F.

Very lovely spot for breakfast and doughnuts. Everything they make is absolutely amazing, the service is very kind and heart warming. Definitely one of the best places to visit.

I go here to pick up kolaches and/or donuts when I have to visit clients. I just call them at 5:30 or 6 AM in the morning and tell them what time I’m gonna be there and they always have my order ready! Excellent customer service, and very clean environment!
