Donut Bliss on Eldorado

it was my first time going to this donut shop a few minutes ago! I’m not sure who the lady is but I’m pretty sure she’s the owner and she had the best personality & customer service. The donuts taste amazing.!! I told her that I’m a professional chef but not in pastry. so my donuts kinda taste like rocks and she allowed me to try one of her personal handcrafted and favorite donuts and I must say I can see why she’s been in successful business for the last 20yrs! check them out

The Donuts are super delicious! I take them to my Sunday School Class in Plano, and they are loved! Great prices, and super nice staff too.

Great local business spot run by great people. They always are friendly and their smoothies are delicious. My kids always love their donuts too.

Edit: the food was great things were in stock and they made up for the overcharge. Solid turn around. Will be frequenting here more. Thank you for the delicious food. Food is good but things are never in stock. Not to mention when you order something for 4.98 they don't have it in stock they upcharge you to 11.98. Maybe if something is out of stock you replace it with something of like value. If I spent 5 dollars on something it's because I wanted to spend 5 dollars on it. That is shady business practice. Not to mention it took yall 45 minutes to grab things from a food case? Dishonesty loses you business. Disgusted.

We’ve been going here for a few years now and it’s a great experience every time. The lady who I think runs and owns the business is always so nice to my family. The donuts are fresh and taste great! Highly recommend.
