Blown away by this place. The family that runs this place clearly loves what they do and the food they serve. Everything and I mean everything we had was incredible. We had a large party of 8 and the wait for food wasn’t very long at all. Way too many dishes to list everything we ordered but the favorites were the chicken parm with vodka sauce, chicken francese and the calzone. The vodka sauce had a smokiness to it that I’ve never tasted and it was 10/10 good. The portions are massive, especially the calzone, it’s like bigger than your head big. We also ordered every dessert they had available and some espresso. The family atmosphere was amazing and so was the food and service. Can’t wait to come back.

After a horsey event in Davie we were famished and decided to try lunch at Donna Sarah. I’ve heard great things and wanted to try it. It’s a charming, cozy restaurant with a European vibe. We ordered the lunch special of eggplant parmigiana. First the bread arrived, WOW just WOW, it’s the best garlic bread I’ve ever had. I’m still thinking about it! Then came the eggplant and pasta brought to the table in a sizzling pan by the owner of the restaurant. Absolutely a 🔟

The food was RIDICULOUS, so amazing, delicious and fresh! Felipe comes out to deliver some of the pasta dishes table side, the calzone is huge even for the small, the calamari is so fresh and light, and the chicken parm à la vodka was phenomenal (according to my husband), and they had a mushroom bacon soup that was out of this world! Cant wait to go back!

Ate at Donna Sarah’s tonight at 8648 Griffin Road in Cooper City after seeing it in here many times. From the start, we were wowed. It’s family run with mom, dad, and son. The father held the door open for us before we even got up on the curb. The mother is so friendly and was our server. The son told us the balsamic dressing for the salads is homemade by his father. It was DELICIOUS. Creamy and garlicky. We started with garlic sticks that were very tasty. They also give you homemade French bread with an amazing homemade garlic butter. Two of us ordered the chicken parmigiana vodka. The sauce is like no other I have ever had!! Big chunks of onions and tomatoes, and a flavor profile that is unique from anywhere else. This place is fantastic. 10/10. Great for lunch or dinner. Having come back from France in the last month I can say that the veal blanquette was super authentic and delicious. The service was lovely! Family run and owned. My husband had the calzone and it was wonderful - the bread was not too heavy and the portions on both meals were large. Honestly, best food in Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Davie area. Highly recommend sitting outside and getting something off of the special’s board. Enjoy 😊!
