High quality casual dining. You could easily mistake this dish for one served at a full service restaurant. A beautifully plated and very enjoyable meal. My only suggestion would be to make the restaurant more visible to passersby, as I passed by for months before noticing it.

stumbled upon this place and had the best meal we had in DC, even the best japanese food i’ve had in the states. curry flavour hit the spot and kaarage was perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. good portion too

This is hands down one of the best restaurants I ever tried in the D.C. area, the food looks impeccable and the taste is just as good, I am delighted to have found this place. Food portion was on point for me, and I eat a lot, I appreciate that the portion wasn’t huge as other places, much rather have great quality than stupidly big portions, that said my wife couldn’t finish her bowl. 😅 I will be saving this as a favorite spot to eat here whenever I am in town.

It’s just really good. The ebi was so well fried- flaky yet not greasy, a good match with the spicy salmon bowl. The self ordering machine is convenient and loved.

Good choice if you are craving this kind of food, which happens to the best of us every now and then. Service is fast, the bowls are quite good and the price is ok. The main weakness for me was the portioning. I found the bowls to be very small. For that price, I would like to feel full at the end of the meal. I really wasn't.. Apart from that, if you need good food right away, in its weight class, this place will always be a safe bet.
