Ordered a pizza for the first time at this establishment recently. Honestly. I'm not a fan of the donatos crust to much, but to each their own. It was hot and fresh though. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly and service was quick.
Food was hot and fresh. Owner came out and talked to us. Dining room and bathroom were very clean.
Ordered 10 pizzas yesterday for a birthday party at Hero Day and they delivered early and super hot! Very impressed!
Haven’t had Donatos in a very long time and was looking forward to a nice lunch on a Thursday. 11:25 Walked in place was empty did not get greeted. I looked over the food menu. There was a gentleman in the kitchen. Did not greet me. I finally decided what I needed and then after eight minutes, he finally came up, I wanted and I said a number three combo he said that’s gonna take a while by myself. I said well how long is a while he said 30 minutes. I said OK I’ll go somewhere else.
No one but these absolute legends will deliver to my house. I live almost outside of Miami County, and even tho it's only a 12 minute drive, these guys are the only ones that care about the people on this road. Thanks, Donatos. 5 stars. Also, the food it pretty dang good. I always give a really good tip to these guys. Update: These guys REALLY do make some good pizza. My pepperoni pizza is COVERED in pepperonis like the picture. Nothing but perfect pizzas from these guys. They have employees who seem to really care about their work. Thank you
