Don Pollo

I have never raced to a food truck from work and this absolutely did not disappoint. The staff were incredible and the food was beyond anything I have tasted in a while. The rice had a perfect balance of flavor and when adding their sauce it did wonders to my taste buds. The chicken, meat and sausage really did not disappoint. The portion is perfect 100/10 highly recommended

I got tired of your generic Pluckers and Wingstop so I decided to give this spot a try, especially it being veteran owned and operated. I came specifically for the wings and they did not disappoint they're absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. I will 100% be coming back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Pictures on the review are to get you to come. Portion is actually really small for the price! $25 for a small piece of chicken and a patty. Not worth it. To whom it may concern! I was not frustrated in any way shape or form! But if you feel the need to make up excuses to make you and your business look better by all means go ahead. You should tal criticism and fix your problems as a business owner.

I tried this place for the first time tonight and I couldn’t be happier. I got the 6 traditional wings and they were hands down the best wings I’ve had in YEARS. The two sauces (Buffalo and Hawaiian bbq) I got were both delicious and actually tasted different than a normal chain/bar. The wings were so big AND still perfectly cooked. They had very friendly service as well. Food took about 10-15 minutes, but there was live music and an outdoor patio with benches to sit at so it was no problem.

If you’re looking for a chicken spot with a unique twist, you have to try Don Pollo! I recently tried the Don Manny Special with carne asada and Colombian sausage, and the coconut rice was a total game-changer. The portions are huge and the food is incredibly flavorful. Definitely my new favorite food truck in Round Rock!
