Don Julio Mexican Restaurant

The Large Special Stromboli is by far the largest Stromboli we have ever had and OMG the taste is unbelievable!!! Fresh ingredients and the sauce was superb! Hands down best in the area! We have had their pizza as well and you just can’t beat it! You can tell they don’t cut corners or use the cheap stuff in their ingredients. The service is always excellent and friendly. My husband and I highly recommend them.

We have been here five times and have been pleased each time! Food comes out at a decent time (this is not fast food: it is fresh food!) Edited to add: We continue to come here and have found Service can be great…or not. Today I ask for salsa. Did not receive it. Then I ask for a napkin. Again…nothing. She did bring me my box for leftovers though!

My husband and I went on Monday for our first time at Don Julios. It was really great! Their weekly lunch specials were delicious and affordable! The atmosphere is small town-family owned in the best way, and the staff was very kind and sweet! Our food was delivered quickly and efficiently, and tasted amazing!

Jon and I had lunch today at Don Julio Mexican Restaurant and it was fabulous! The waitress was cordial and efficient. We got salsa and chips as soon as we sat down. We got fajita's. Jon got chicken and I got chicken, steak and shrimp. The meals were great and all we could eat..my shrimp was huge! They cook it on the spot, right when it's ordered. Fresh! No fast food here! We highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was bland, not what I would expect for Mexican. The refried beans were soupy and flavorless. The guacamole was completely liquid (really - liquid). On the bright side, the service was good. The entry is very uninviting, the seating area was cold and uncomfortable. I ordered a quesadilla, but was brought tacos; however, the waitress corrected it quickly and pleasantly. The food in general wasn’t horrible, but it was bland.
