Don Javi Taco Grill

First of all, They greet you once you walk in. Very friendly and approachable. Very clean and inviting. First time ever here and I was not disappointed in the food at all. I had the 2 Steak & 2 Barbacoa with a side of fries. The salsa was on point ( I definitely recommend a habanero salsa if you like the spice ). Will be coming back for sure!

H Ordered the Taco plater and had the steak, chicken, and al Pastor tacos with rice. The restruant location is new to the area, and has seating for 4 tables, and communal seating tables (I'm not a big fan of this type of seating). The dining room looks clean and has an open kitchen. The Pastor tacos are precooked and not very flavorinng, but ok. The steak was average and the chicken tacos were better in flavorinng and portion size (shredded meat). The rice was cooked very good, and fresh tasting, but needs a little salt. They make their own tortias and are just below average size, and taste good and hold.up well without falling apart. Overall good place to stop in.

I wanted to try this restaurant since it just open, honestly, el taco al pastor needed more flavor, the steak burrito had no flavor and it had very little steak in it, over price items, I will not be stopping here any more, one and done. I attached a pic of the burrito.

This is sit down restaurant quality food in a fast food format. The chicken bowl was delicious and generously portioned. Fresh ingredients. Tacos, beans and rice were yummy. Quesadillas disappeared quickly they were so good. Definitely a new favorite for our whole family.
