I called this office on the recommendation of a friend who is a current client. I needed help with individual tax work. I received a call back from John, who was unprofessional and dismissive. After learning I only needed assistance with my individual taxes (not business), he told me, “We can’t help you right now.” When I clarified and asked if that meant they couldn’t even help me file a 1040—despite advertising individual tax services on their website—he confirmed and quickly ended the call. The interaction was rude, unhelpful, and left a very poor impression. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Don is a brilliant CPA. He has extremely fair prices and has been a blessing to my husband and I over the last 5 years. We both are business owners and he has taken care of our tax and accounting needs. He has helped us both save money by suggesting different options that would work best for us.
