What a wonderful, unique experience. Every dish was hand-crafted to perfection. The time, attention, and creativity that goes into each course is unmatched by even the top restaurants in the city. I especially loved the “tazza” pasta with duck confit. Matthew and his girlfriend were lovely hosts and create a welcoming environment for four guests at their kitchen counter. Highly recommend for a truly special evening!

Intimate, unique, and incredibly well executed—pasta rolled by hand, dishes that feel totally original, and a creative masterpiece where every course is made with intention. I never had an experience with such an indepth person. I took notes on everything I could understand and learned how to pronounce many different dishes. The balance and attention to detail is unmatched. Grass root projects like this have beat every restraunt I've gone to.
