Domino's Pizza

Very disappointed. In this cold weather (10F) i went to pick up my pizza. I ordered 2 pizza 1 plain and 1 veggie. When i get back home i found 1 one of them has pepperoni on it. I didn't touch the pizza. I called the store immediately and let them know. I said my pizza is wrong, the crew told me to go back and exchange it.i told i drove 3 miles in this cold temperature and got wrong pizza ! Do u want me to go back and exchange it or you should deliver it to me..he said i have to go and get it.. Truly disappointed. I am also a business owner i wouldn't do it to any of customer. Never going back to this store. BTW i was a regular customer..

The service here is HORRIBLE. I spoke with the so-called manager, David, who had a disgusting attitude and was completely unwilling to help or even apologize for the behavior of his staff. On top of that, the drivers never have change, which basically forces you to tip even when the service is bad. This location has zero accountability and terrible customer service. I wish there was another Domino’s Pizza near my house because I will NEVER order from this one again.

None of them wore gloves, they all touched the food, and they do this while preparing it too. Where is the hygiene here?

Lots of pepperoni on my pie.... piazza looked like the pictures they show on TV Update: I had 4 pies delivered to my house and two of them looked a mess. I called manager and he said I would receive two free pizzas the next time I order. Hopefully the will be no issue when I order. This was completely disappointing.

Delivery/pick up is slow. I read some reviews, and I noticed if you go to the store they have 2 or 3 delivery persons but one and only one person to answer the phone,take care of walk-ins and prepare food. Staff been friendly. Sometimes food is disappointing,that is true,if you order extra cheese you get same amount as normal so don't waste your money on that. Also sometimes it doesn't look the best,cut wrong or is not as good as always and for what I have seen I blame it on having only one employee to do all this different tasks. Maybe hiring more people would help. But even though sometimes there's couple employees rather than drivers is slow... Not much parking available.
