Domino's Pizza

Domino’s in Williston is pretty good for the most part. Like most busy spots around here, it can be a little hit or miss depending on the day and who’s working. But when they’re on, the pizza is hot, fresh, and actually tastes like real food — not just a greasy circle of disappointment like some of the other places in town. They usually get the order right, the crust has flavor (especially the garlic seasoning), and the delivery is pretty fast compared to local standards. It’s not gourmet, but it doesn’t pretend to be. And honestly? It’s one of the more reliable chain options in Williston when you want something decent and don’t feel like gambling with your appetite.

Over 2.5 hours and still no pizza? Had to finally get a refund. I've traveled 43 states and have never had to wait this long ever. What's going on in Williston ND? Do better Dominoes

I feel so bad that I have to say this, but maybe it will help then step up their game. I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza and a pan crust pepperoni pizza; neither had sauce if you ask me. There was no flavor at all. I asked for a well done pan pizza and it was floppy. I'm just so disappointed that I won't order again and I wish I could get my money back. Do better Dominos. Also, spread the onions on the veggie pizza and less would do it some justice.

Came in to check on my order and Daryl or whoever came to talk to me, I asked why they weren't answering their phone as my app wasn't telling me anything about the status of my order. He proceeds to tell me that they aren't answering their phone because they are busy. Fine, fair enough. Then tries to throw me attitude asking me if there's a problem. I told him no, and he apologizes, which is all fine and welll and tells me they're getting people in asking about their orders. I get if your having a bad day, but you should NEVER talk to customers that way. There's no excuse for that.
