Domino's Pizza

The delivery guy, nice very respectful but the food damn man I paid for this and this how it come not even alot

I ordered food and 4 drinks. They sent me diet soda, but my folks have PKU, and they're not allowed to drink diet sodas. Instead of saying we're out of what you want, they just sent what they wanted. They delivery dude just shrugged and left. I had to go to the store myself after calling and getting no answer. The wings were also undercooked.

Staff is extremely rude. Hung up on me twice when asking about the the status of my delivery. If you have an app that shows delivery status you should acknowledge it, if it’s inaccurate take it down!! Common business sense… or maybe not?

Placed an order with dominos. the app stated they are checking my order for delivery after 30 mins later i get an email they cancelled my order. now i have to wait 2-5 business days to get my refund. moving forward i will be ordering from Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza from Willingboro, NJ. The app said it was ready, but when my husband arrived, they apologized, saying they made a mistake and would remake it. My husband had to wait 15 minutes, and my grandson was crying because he was hungry. I asked my husband if everything was okay, and he explained the problem. I asked to speak to the manager, who offered a free bread instead of the pizza, citing the mistake and inconvenience. I felt it should be free, but she refused again, asking if I wanted to cancel the order. She then asked what I wanted to do. I was very upset, told her she lost a customer, and criticized her rudeness. The staff seemed very disappointed.
