Domino's Pizza

This is the worst Dominoes I've tryed. I ordered a Parmesan stuffed crust Extravaganza pizza and a loaded chicken and the staff didn't even care about cutting the pizza, neither putting the Parmesan cheese on top of the crust and the chicken was raw and bland 100% NOT RECOMMENDED!

Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken. The pizza was cold and the chicken was hard. Not to mention the sauce I picked was not in the box and the soda I purchased was substituted. Since this location has switched hands to a new owner the overall quality and promptness of the drivers has fallen. Do better.

Tried calling the store to find out what time they were closing as it is Christmas Eve, no answer, just rang and rang. Drove by on my way to run a last minute errand and saw they were open, so I placed an online order for carryout. Upon arriving at the store, not 1 person out of the 5 in the store working even acknowledged my presence...NOT 1! After standing there for 10 minutes, a driver returned into the store and cashed me out and gave me my order. The person cutting the pizza did not actually CUT the pizza and the lines the cutter made were certainly not into equal slices. While my food was hot and fresh, the customer service was anything but. Absolutely ridiculous. Liars and horrible customer service. Delivery time said 15-25 minutes. Watched on the app and their car NEVER LEFT DOMINOS. An hour after that I called asking what was going on. Not only did they LIE TO ME saying they tried to call me 3x (NOTHING on my call log) they didn’t even try to use the call feature the building has to call up to my cell phone. Told me I could go pick it up but it would be the hour old food at that point. Yuck and no. It isn’t even the first issue I’ve had with this location. Now I have to figure out what to feed my 3 year old who asked specifically for pizza after making her wait for an hour. If you don’t want to work don’t go in. You’ll get better service (and not lied to!) at literally anywhere else.

Literally the worst dominos location I've had food from. Pizza is consistently overcooked, not cut thoroughly, and always tastes off. Cheese is never melty and dough is always insanely bubbly. Getting food here ruined my opinion of dominos as a whole for a while till I tried pizza from another dominos location and realized this one is just especially bad. I've been since avoiding delivery all together and would rather use gas to go to a location further away just for a better experience.
