Domino's Pizza

Been ordering pickup from this location semi-periodically for at least two years. It's my go-to pizza spot due to convenience. Normally I have zero issues when ordering, but that changed on the last order. It started when I first arrived. My order got pushed back in time at least three times. I waited in my car until the tracker skipped being ready and went directly to picked up. When I went in, the order wasn't done being made, and there were 5 people waiting. The employees seemed unorganized and in a rush. I did not recognize any of them. I waited a few minutes, and was handed my order. When I got home and opened the box, lo and behold it wasn't the pizza I ordered. Tried calling the store and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Had to hang up and call again to get any response. Eventually

I had received a Domino's gift card at Christmas, come to find out there was no money loaded on it. I pulled out a twenty to pay for the pizza and he wouldn't take it. He gave me the pizza, what agreat manager, I definitely will go back to repay him for the very generous gesture. Plus the pizza was absolutely delicious. The owner should be so proud of what his employee did. Wonderful young man that took pride in his job. I thank you!!!!!

Decent food, good ingredient, could be great. I'm not a fan of how the employees are treated. Every time I go in I can hear the condescension towards the kids that are working and I see a new face that don't know what they're doing. Management obviously don't take the time to teach the employees properly and create a toxic environment which drives off good employees. The employees obviously don't care and are rude to customers because management doesn't have care about them. Treat your employees better and they'll treat customers better and make better quality food.

UPDATE 03/09/26. Outstanding!!!! Not sure bt the manager or owner...just a great guy. Team was working hard today, appreciate it. End of update. Great team today. Philly special pizza w/Xtra cheese & shrooms....the smell on the way home and the taste. The store team is outstanding. Excellent service, communication and food prep. Clean store, well organized. Thanks gents!!!!

They are light handed as heck with the toppings. My baked sub was really just a thin layer of cheese with hardly any meat. Maybe it's because the items are on the $6.99 special. But then again, my large pizza wasn't on sale and it barely had topping on it. For instance, if you get Italian sausage, 🤦💁 if you see more than 2 pieces of meat per slice consider yourself lucky!!
