Shocking Misconduct & Hostility from Employee Over Receipt ​As a loyal customer of this specific Domino's (Store #8132, 6895 Sepulveda Blvd) for over a decade, my experience on Monday, October 13, 2025, around 6:00 PM was appalling and completely unprofessional. ​My evening was ruined by an employee who exhibited hostile behavior and a severe lack of training. ​Two critical failures occurred: ​Dismissing the App: I arrived for pickup after the app confirmed the order was ready, only to be told it was not. Very rude and inattentive man at the front. Paid me no attention, no please, doesn't look at my eyes while talking. At the end after much delays when I took my food and left quietly he said "Welcome!" like I forgot to thank him. I didn't forget. Not coming back.

Bad attention, pizza Hawaiian had no ham, very expensive, do not recommend to buy here

Very disappointed with our meal. The potatoes and chicken were burnt and everything else was not very good. And we usually order from here.
