Domino's Pizza

They’ve got some good workers out there. The business raises prices so they’ve lost my interest, but that doesn’t take away from the fact they have some good workers. I’m actually writing this review because a worker got off from work, came into my job to buy two Marlboro red 72s, and had the most abhorrent attitude I’ve witnessed. Let this serve as a lesson not to treat people like garbage with your work uniform still on.

Oct. 26,2025..I just left domino's in Thomaston for a curve side pickup, with my flasher on per instructions on the window. In accordance with my online order; my food should have been ready between 8;05pm -810pm. I patently waited until 8:30pm, before I finally called the store. The guy on the phone stated: "you know you have to come in and get your order right". Mannn i was furious...you mean they let me sit outside that long without anybody saying anything too me. That just bad business and pure laziness. I told him to just cancel my order...I wish I could have rated them negative numbers, because every last one of them saw my flashers on!!!

This location sucks, ya'll. When I arrived to pick up my carside order, I sent the "HERE" text, flipped on my hazards and proceeded to wait almost half an hour AFTER my order was supposed to have been ready. Eventually, when I went in to pick it up, the young man in the front was immediately hostile with me before I could hardly get the words out of my mouth to see if the order was ready. I legit thought it might've been forgotten, I wasn't pressed about it. However, it had been sitting there that entire time, but he simply refused to bring it out to our car. The car that was directly in front of the front of the store. He claimed that we had not notified them with the "HERE" text and was extremely rude. Will not be back.

My pizza was cooked perfectly & tasted great. My Parmesan Bread Bites wasn't done all the way through, they were very doughy & Undercooked. I called to discuss it with the Store Manager, who insisted on arguing with me that he cooked them himself so he know they were done....which they were not & the picture will show that! Needless to say I won't be back, I will take my money elsewhere! The 1st pic is what it should look like & the 2nd pic is what I received.

I was told by the store that this is how the hot buffalo wings are supposed to look, if that’s the case they should really update there website pictures smh.
