Domino's Pizza

Called twice today once at 11:05pm on 2/25 for a missing item. Was told they would remake and redeliver. Called again at 12:15am on 2/26 and was told once again they would remake and redeliver missing item. The guy the second time told me 10 mins. And now the stores closed and I didn’t recieve my missing item. Absolutely disgrace these employees are

Some of these drivers are rude and lazy. Many expect the customer to run down from their home and come outside to grab their order. That expectation is inverted from the customer’s expectation of having it delivered right to their door. These same drivers have left rude voicemail recordings in which they—in an oftentimes miserable voice—demand the customer run outside and get their food. This is really annoying, please hire people with better composure, or train and encourage drivers to complete their deliveries without angst.

Don't waste your money. Yeah, it's cheap, you absolutely get what you pay for! That's if you even get what you paid for. Wrong orders...and forget about calling them to make it right. You'll just get hung up on. Buy from the local small business pizza restaurants. Better quality food and better customer service. This Dominos has lost me and my family as customers.

In my last orders, my food arrived between 65 and 95 minutes cold and dry. I called them many times to ask about my order, they kept answering the phone and hanging up on me. When I reached them, they made unnecessary comments like they didn't have anyone to take the order, it was late, and hung up on me. I don't know what kind of a business this is, but I think employers should be careful about who they employ and what the customers want.

I always use the app and pick up my order because they don't deliver to me. Employees are always nice and friendly from our brief interactions, and in my experience the food is always super fresh and delicious. Zero complaints about this location. Side note: What's with the review saying they were mad the driver wanted a tip lol. You were sent money for food, but the person sending it didn't consider that the delivery driver needed to be tipped??? We could have voted to give tipped employees minimum wage last election, but we didn't. So now instead we get to keep delivery drivers working for 6 bucks an hour. Tip your delivery driver, pick up the food yourself, or don't order Domino's. This is the world that voters apparently wanted.
