Domino's Pizza

Quite Spacious for a Domino’s across the stores I’ve hit up on the East Coast, the open kitchen really does give you insights onto how your food is made, baked, and even cut. The staff are quite nice, it was a courteous experience despite it being a Carryout affair but while my initial order had minor mistakes it was Sean’s offer to make a new one right off the bat which was what led me to writing this review. Sure, the free pizza was very appreciated but it’s a bit of a rare sight that you’ll get quality customer service when most places lately are too bothered or disgruntled to accommodate and ensure high quality. Overall, yeah would recommend hitting up this location and what’s even cooler is that I noticed you can reserve and host parties/meetings here so that’s a big bonus as to why

I waited over 2 1/2 hours for pizza still had never came , however i finally did find the pizzas and breadbites outside placed in the snow . Completely unacceptable. Checked cameras and despite having all lights on outside no one ever came to neither door !! Called for a refund and speak to manager about this incident . Only response I received was 'Ma'am, I gave you a refund what else do you want" . Dominos has lost a customer, absolutely disgusted with their actions tonight!!!

This Dominoe's rocks! We had a credit at another store and they notified our store (for delivery). We weren't just happy, we were thrilled!! Pizza was hot, gooey and delicious!! The Smithsburg Md store is awesome. Said it would be 45 minutes, it came in 20!! Hot and delicious! 🔥 The store went above board and beyond. AWESOME!! Will recommend the Smithsburg store always...5 star!!

At this Smithsburg location when I ordered Wings they gave me the eight wings that I ordered but with barely any sauce, maybe enough for one wing

I had a take out for 2 large pizzas, a thin crust with pineapple and onion toppings and a hand tossed with pineapple and green peppers. Both pizzas were delicious and the service was excellent and generous.
