Domino's Pizza

Shrinkflation!!! I've been ordering from this Domino's for the past 8 years. Now, the pasta barely filled the bowl, fork for depth (it was touching the base of the bowl). Regular 2-topping pizza had sparse toppings. It hasn't always been this way: the pasta used to fill the bowl and stick to the lid, and the pizza didn't skimp. I'm not getting food from Domino's anymore.... I'm still leaving it, at most, 2-stars for the food because it is always cooked well. Sevice is 2-stars because Domino's FAFO with me. Atmosphere is 👌. It's a pizza place. P.S. Bless your heart if you don't see the problem here.

I was ordering a pizza online using my points. When I clicked order, it said “we’re having technical difficulties. Try again or call the store”. When I called the store a guy answered and I told him what was going on and he said yeah their app is having some issues. I asked how I could order using my points then and his response was… you can’t. There’s nothing I can do. Very rudely might I add. I said there has to be some way, can I come in and do it if you can’t over the phone. He said no there’s nothing I can do, now if that’s all you need I’ll let you go. BYE. EXCUSE ME??? He was very unprofessional. I couldn’t believe how he spoke to me. So I ended up calling a different location and the guy was very helpful trying to find a solution or a discount I could use. Really nice, recently opened (August 2019) Domino's store. The large Deluxe pizza was perfectly prepared and cooked - tasted great! Super nice and helpful employees. Convenient location at the corner of 42 and O'Connell Road, near McHugh's and Dunn Bros. Awesome!

I always go to this dominoes and I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, not one bad expierence ever, wonderful place fabulous employees and always clean and spot on with the order! Thank you guys - Jamal

Super clean store, folks were really nice. They deserve a pizza party fo sho.
