Domino's Pizza

I did an online order and picked up from store on the way from work. The app was fairly straightforward and the Pizza was ready by the time I got to the store (10mins from ordering). The front cashier was swift as there were two other customers before me. I was in and out with in minutes. Pizza was hot and fresh, and exactly per my order w/o any errors. It tasted also delicious. Happy and satisfied.

Best dominos service! Our order was mistaken for a pick up but it was supposed to be a delivery. We called to inquire about our order and employee apologized multiple times and let us know our order would arrive shortly. The order arrived within 10 minutes and the driver gave it to us for free! They also added a coupon for free breadsticks. Great customer service!

They took down the wrong address. Food never arrived until shortly after 10:30 when they said my food was supposed to arrive at 10:00. Food was cold. Refused to give me a reimbursement or offer me a special discount for the next time I order and they don't speak proper English half the time. They don't even speak English. You get accused of yelling and screaming and swearing at them. When you're doing absolutely nothing wrong. I will never order from this company again. You guys are losing my business

***** New edit **** From 3.5 stars to 5 star!!!! I ordered a pie got home found they accidentally put mushroom instead of ham on it. My one kid hates mushrooms so I called told them I was intending on running back to grab it ( hoping it was complimentary which it was) but the petson on phone asked my address and sent it out fir delivery which was super incredible!! I feel terrible tho the person came with the pizza as I was cleaning the yard and grabbed the pie fast and didn't tip the driver :( So I gotta order again and double tip ... 3.5stars would be a 4 if they didn't cut this so weird. With all the Ma and PA pizza pads in the Soo I didn't think to get franchise pizza. But I saw 50% off on fb so thought why not. 19$ for x large 5 topping is great deal. As far as franchise food good

They did an amazing job, having my order down in a quick timely manner! The pizza was delicious!
