never have I ever had a worker with you guys that was just unable to speak and rude as can be with facial gestures, rolling of the eyes because a customer looks at you and says hi in a very nice tone and states the order name is absolutely unacceptable!!! period, it should not happen. we all have bad days, do not take it out on your customers when you work in food/customer service. I dont know heat her name was but im assuming the same woman who made my food, Leslie. either way, this is unacceptable behavior for a worker at this sort of establishment. I would know as I used to be a driver for the shelbyville dominoes. Plenty of years of customer service under my belt and this was atrocious, if I could rate 0 on the service stars I would. Great team members. Worker pointed out the savings if I order online that day. When corporate is trying to charge for parm cheese. I appreciate saving a few bucks whenever I can. Thx guys keep up the good work.
