Domino's Pizza

READ THIS! My Mom who lives in Wheeling, WV, told me there is NO Domino's that deliver to her home. A few weeks ago, I had a few extra garlic parmesan bread twists from my Domino's order & gave her a few to try. She LOVED THEM! Sadly, she needs surgery & CAN NOT drive till she gets it, 30+ days away. So I figured I'd go on a secret mission. Trying to find the closest Domino's to her address, I found 4 of them. I called EACH store individually to see who delivers to her area. Plus, you need to understand I AM NOT familiar with Wheeling's surrounding street names, so it got kinda chaotic. I'm trying to surprise my Mom, in Wv, while I'm in Pa, with an order to mix up her daily menu. She CAN'T drive to the store to get groceries, house supplies, & etc, now you see my point here. Haven't ordered from here in probably close to a year, and I remember why. I could go into detail, but I could probably sum it up better by just saying that it's genuinely impressive how bad they are it just making a pizza

We ordered our food around 4:45pm and it said 30-40 mins. Than a hour went by tracker said it would be another hour. So that would be 2 hours until our food might have been delivered. This is not the first time that this has happened.

West liberty Wv service sucks. My order I called in was incorrect. I told the lady I would have NEVER ordered what we received! & I was told it was on the Receipt so I would have to purchase again what I wanted with a rude attitude. If she wasnt answering phones while wearing EAR BUDS playing music she may have not messed it up. We will drive the few extra miles to go else where.

ordered at 6:46 pm. delivery was "completed" by 7:05. pizza nowhere to be seen. it's almost 8:30 and I'm still waiting. tried to call to cancel or something but no one answered for more than an hour. if my pizza ever gets here I doubt it will be warm. I hope they enjoyed my prepaid tip :(
