Domino's Pizza

Food was underdone!!! Not a lot of toppings on my green pepper and onion. Rude employee not wanting to replace food! Said I shouldn’t have asked for extra sauce and cheese. Well Fox lake can do it why can’t Round lake!!! I will stick with Fox lake Domino’s

Food has gotten more expensive, and you don’t even get the same amount each time. We’ve ordered the mac and cheese several times and the bowl is usually full. I received less than half of a bowl. I noticed when I got home and they offered to have me bring it back and remake it for me. Disappointing at best.

Dominos Round Lake Beach, IL. I have to commend "Janiyah" who works there. The last several times ordering pizzas have been a pleasure. She is polite, helpful and professional. The service and food have been great. Janiyah is why we order from this Dominos!

Worst Experience to Date! The order was placed online, with a 25-35 minute window. 40 minutes AFTER the tracker said it was getting quality checked, we called. Apparently their website timer is broken, but we should be getting our pizza soon. Then, they drop it off, no text, no warning, no anything, like we're supposed to get, so we notice it somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, and the whole order is ice cold. Thankfully, the kids don't mind cold pizza. We open the boxes and the pizzas are dry, the boxes are soaked in grease, and the crust is already hard. Then we open the chese-bread, it's burned beyond the point of being edible, even by teenagers. The box says that if you're not happy, Domino's will make it right. I'm waiting to see if they even try. If they do, I will come back and

I bought this same pizza. I'm Atlanta Georgia, and I had never eaten dominos before the pizza was off the chain. I decided to try this same pizza in Round Lake, IL. This pizza was terrible. I'm sorry to say.. I got the meatlover, I don't know . What i do know it was dry. The meat was old, Atlanta Pizza Domino's was awesome, I know this isn't Atlanta, but I know ya'll can do better.. my pizza was terrible 😫.
