Domino's Pizza

I have had a couple bad experiences at this location. Today I found a hair in my pizza. The staff gave me a full refund, but I will not be coming back

Its a Dominos so the “food rating” is about the same at any location. THIS location, though, has some QC issues. The pizzas always have a bare minimum of toppings. Like how do I see so much cheese when its a 3 topping pizza? Shouldn’t I see a bunch of toppings? It’ll literally be like 2 to 4 pieces of toppings per slice. And if you ask for parmesan cheese: you get like 4 for a large pizza. I get you’re trying to maximize profit but the default should be 1 packet of parm per slice maybe? Other than that the delivery is usually on point so kudos there. ADD MORE TOPPINGS AND DON’T BE STINGY WITH YOUR PARMESAN PACKETS.

This outlet has better pizza marker compared to other in town. The overall quality and taste of the pizza falls somewhere in the middle. While there are aspects to enjoy when properly made fresh and good topping. The Delivery handling and temperature of the pizza could use some improvement for delivery - came little cold and late, had to call outlet as delivery person missed delivery and marked order as delivered without verification.

Great staff, great prices (thanks to the app and coupons) and the kids loved it. The chocolate lava cakes are waaaaay better than they should be. I haven’t had many of the pizza places around Rocky hill but of the ones I have had, dominos is better than them and that’s coming from a total pizza snob who lives and works in New Haven.

Managers and supervisors kindly let your staff knows it’s not appropriate to talk over the meal. I video tape two staff having a long conversation while preparing the pizza for the oven. Please remember saliva can accidentally fly onto the pizza. We don’t want to digest other ppl bacteria. ITS NOT APPROPRIATE PLEASE WEAR A MASK IF YOU CANT KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT❗️ if not I will post so the department of health can intervene by giving you guys the training that you’re lacking.
