Domino's Pizza

The pizza itself was actually really good but it came freezing cold I placed the order at 6:40ish and the initial delivery time was 708 and it ended up showing up at 7:48. I understand that it’s dinner time and things get busy but getting the actual delivery time sort of accurate would be helpful and having the pizza warm too wouldn’t hurt. sorry!!! I also only live less than five minutes away. and when the tracker said, the pizza delivery driver was on the way and I could track the car. The car ended up staying at the restaurant for almost 20 to 30 minutes before I saw it actually heading towards me.

Ordered on a sunday around noon. The order arrived quickly. Hot. And pizza was loaded with toppings/perfectly cooked. I am very pleased.

When I called to place an order, the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude (swearing, etc). The lady working the front was really pleasant when I arrived to pick up my order, so I decided not to make any complaint. However when I got home & opened the pizzas I'd picked up, they were both incredibly burned (especially the crust) as well as cut REALLY oddly -like as if the center intersecting point was just a couple inches off of the edge instead of the middle of the pie. I hate burned pizza -Really disappointing! :(

So I ordered pizza and an hour later, I called them to ask where my pizza was. They say "We have only one delivery driver so I will put your pizza in the oven now." So, delivery driver was the reason they could not even bake the pizza? strange but sure. I had a family get together and this was planned in advance with a confidence in customer service but here we are. I told him to cancel the order and he did not even have the courtesy to say I am sorry this happened instead, he said "Ok I will take it out of the oven" and just hung up like he was speaking to a homie and not a customer. Highly discourage doing business with Dominos.

Service here was great, reviewer under me is obviously looking for things to complain about, and would apparently rather have their pizza sit on the rack waiting for a driver to take it, rather than have a fresh out of the oven pizza directly into the bag and delivered to their house. Brain cells are underrated…
