Domino's Pizza

I understand being busy, but when it takes over an hour to get my delivery and then it's wrong is crazy. When I called to let them know BOTH my pizzas were wrong, the person condescending answered "you ordered online" and then read me what I ordered. I'm fully aware of what was supposed to be on my pizza, not only did I order it, but I had the receipt with the toppings listed in front of me. I was then rudely given the option of a refund or a credit. No apology, no offer to fix it. Just a rude asking of if I wanted a refund or credit like it was my fault the pizza was incorrect. The delivery driver was very sweet and apologized for the delay. Whoever is in charge there, probably shouldn't be in charge anymore.

Had an order that apparently got skipped. Wasn't even in oven when it was supposed to be ready for pickup . Pickup was quoted 23-28 min ended up being 45 minutes. Was told they were short staffed by a snarky female when I asked " can I ask what happened" with 7 of them in there. Overall, poor service and no one cared about the screw up.

Worst experience of my life. Management was extremely rude to the poor girl working. Borderline abusive. I will not return. How could anyone be so rude and cruel to their staff and expect them to be able to do their job? I hope management fires the night manager tonight and gets actually competent and kind employees working as manager

They forgot my sauce! No I don't just mean my dipping sauce (yes they forgot that too) I mean the pizza sauce.. some pieces I can find a little bit of sauce if i tear it apart but most have none. (Its like the cook ran out of pizza sauce and was to lazy to grab a new one)This was also supposed to be a hand tossed pizza, and it's thinner then thin crust. The pizza itself is dry as hell and taste horrible, didn't realize how cheap all of there toppings were until I didn't have the sauce.

Spent three hours trying to get pizza from them tonight. First pizza was cold and never did get the remake. Manager was rude and hung up on me. Go somewhere else if you actually want to eat.
