Domino's Pizza

I recently placed an order through the Domino’s Pizza mobile app, which indicated that my pizza was ready for pickup at 199 Littleton Rd, Parsipanny, NJ. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the order was not ready and I ultimately had to wait approximately 30 additional minutes. I brought this to the attention of an employee named Luis, explaining that the app had marked the order as ready. I was told that if the order was placed through the app, the store is not responsible for the timing reflected there. Additionally, I was told that if I was relying on the app that much, I should “pick up the pizza through the app,” which was confusing and did not address the issue. Very Bad Experience – Do NOT Recommend My friend ordered a few pizzas from this shop on Saturday, March 7, and it turned into a horrible experience. After eating the pizza, my kids, my friend’s kids, and another friend’s entire family all got food poisoning. Everyone was vomiting the whole night, and it took two full days to recover. The hygiene standards at this place are extremely poor. The staff do not wear masks, do not use gloves, and overall appear highly unhygienic. Given the serious health issues we experienced, this is completely unacceptable. This was a scary and painful experience for multiple families. Please do not eat from this shop if you care about your health.

Ordered through online and pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes but they missed the toppings I mentioned while ordering. Noticed after reaching home. Taste was below average. Would have given 5 if they have added the toppings correctly. Limited parking spaces available. I would not recommend this place.

Dominos sent the wrong pizza. We called and they told us they would send us the correct pizza. One hour later, no pizza. So I called again and they told me they only had one delivery guy and the new pizza was going to go out next and be here in 15 minutes. Never came. An hour later a colleague called and the woman said the pizza was on its way and it would be there in 5 minutes. Pizza never came. Another colleague called and talked to a man this time who apologized and said he’d send out another pizza. After 30 minutes we decided to ask for a refund. We’ve been calling for over an hour and they answer the phone and hang up when they know it’s us. I had to call Door Dash to process the refund.

We ordered Medium handmade veggies pizza don't test good at all, pizza probablyvery old or cheesethey use it's spoils. We ordered around 6pm ordered delivered around 6:40pm. calling facility around 7:15pm no answer. Hold for minutes and then hung up.
