On 02/23/2026, I placed a delivery order at 4:00 PM for cheesy bread and a marble brownie. I provided my exact address, a precise pin-point location, and two separate phone numbers to ensure the driver could contact me upon arrival. Despite this, I received absolutely no calls, texts, or updates. Yet at 6:00 PM, the app marked my order as “delivered” — which it clearly was not. I immediately called the store and was placed on hold for an entire hour. Two other people with me also tried calling during this time. After waiting for an hour, every single one of our calls was disconnected. It took two full hours just to finally get someone on the phone. I’m a little disappointed I’ve been ordering here for years and unfortunately the other day I didn’t get my order. I work in retail so I understand things happened. I attempted to reach out the day of (it was late so again I understood) I called the next day and was told I couldn’t get my money back because it was a different business day and to call the 1800 I never was able to speak to anyone I emailed the option too. At this this point it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t been able to talk to dominos about what happened. I don’t blame the staff but more dominos because why can’t get my money back for food that was not delivered it shouldn’t be this complicated. This is, without exaggeration, the absolute WORST food establishment I have ever ordered from — and that’s saying a lot. I placed an order for stuffed cheesy bread and a marble cookie brownie at 4pm, and by 7pm I still had nothing, despite the system falsely claiming it was delivered. The front desk confirmed no driver had even shown up for two hours. I repeatedly tried to resolve this with the clueless employee supposedly handling my order, but got nowhere for two straight hours. Calling customer service and the store itself was a complete joke — three of us called nonstop for an entire hour and got no answer. When someone finally picked up, he sounded exhausted, rude, and completely uninterested, basically implying he couldn’t issue a refund and had no intention of fixing their mistake

Just do better- Pretty hard to share this with a group of kids.

I’ve been ordering from here for a while, usually the food and service is good. But after 11pm the food is terribly done and the service with the drivers just goes down. Ordered extra cheese and literally got 3 slices with no cheese.
