Domino's Pizza

Two weeks in a row they have messed up our order. First week the order was a simple, from the menu order and both pizzas were wrong! We should have looked at them before we left, but we didn’t. The 2nd week (a few days ago) we received a text saying pizza was done. We were 1/3 mile away. Went to pick it up and after waiting for 10 minutes while mgt was pulled away to talk on business phone leaving uncut pizza to get cold, we were asked again what the name of the order was under. They could not find the pizza. We gave them the order number and they told us a ticket never printed and although the pizza was made, they gave it to someone else! This place has gone downhill a lot lately in the last 6 months. Orders aren’t ready on time and the atmosphere inside is quite toxic among staff. Friday evening, placed an order on the app, estimated pickup in 12-20 min. Arrive at the store at the 20 min mark, order hasn’t been started, and the tv screen inside the store notes a 45-60 min wait time. Ask the lady at the front counter, she has no idea if the tv screen is accurate. All while staff are yelling at each other, they don’t know how to work the computer and modify orders, don’t know how to find your order status… it’s a cluster. Finally had my order ready nearly 1.5 hours later. If the manager is a lady, she speaks terribly to the staff, never comes to the front to apologize or talk to customers, it’s pretty toxic inside. W

The lowest quality service I’ve ever experienced at a pizza place. Management clearly has no control of operations, a delivery less than 10 minutes away took over an hour. The tracker said my order was ready long before it ever left the store, which shows either incompetence or disregard for customers. If this is considered acceptable by leadership, then new management is desperately needed. Until then, expect late, cold food and zero accountability. Businesses that treat customers this way do not deserve to stay open.

Paid for a pizza, waited an hour and a half, they canceled my order and took my money and never refunded me. One of the most wild experiences, ordering a simple pizza 1 mile from my home. Criminal

These are pictures of two different pizzas and the inconsistencies between them is what resulted in this review. The first picture of the pepperoni pizza was taken because the crust was bland and not the usual Domino's recipe from my experience. As you can see, the garlic and seasoning was nowhere to be found. The second photo is of a cheese pizza from this same location on a different day that is more up to speed. Overall, not happy with the inconsistencies. How will I know what I'm going to get if it's different from day to day?
