Domino's Pizza

I don’t usually complain, but after the service I received I have time today. I put specific directions regarding my delivery. My food was placed on the ground instead. I opened the boxes and my pizzas looked like someone had touched them. Sausage was missing from one, squares were rearranged from the other and they were both cold. No one would eat this. I called within a minute of receiving asked to speak With a manager. Tried to explain the situation. Instead of listening the manager cut me off and said her employees would never do that. I asked if I could send pics and she told me no. With an attitude she asked if I wanted them remade. I will take my money elsewhere from now on. The second delivery driver was very kind and the pizza was as it should be.

Ordered pizzas as a reward for employees at work. Unbelievable. Called to make sure they would arrive on time. They did arrive, 25 minutes late. Got a call from the driver Anthony because he could not find the place and he just kept saying how annoying it was and how irritated he is. Okay, I get it, you're frustrated. Finding a large manufacturing plant can be difficult for some people, I guess. No napkins, no plates. I asked for a detailed receipt, which came burned so it's unreadable. I ordered 10 pizzas. They all looked like this. I want a refund, I want something. I was embarrassed to feed this to these employees who worked so very hard. I quit taking pictures after 7. I will be sending these pictures to every social media site I possible can until I receive some form of satis

On arrival, I found out there was a situation where only one employee (Dee) was on shift therefore most orders were delayed. Dee was courteous and gave me update on my order. Dee handled everyone in the store who was waiting in the most professional manner with the circumstances presented.

This is one of the worst pizza deliveries I have ever had. It took two and a half hours to get a pizza that was dry and slightly over room temp. I assume it was in the warmer for most of the time. The pizza was missing a corner piece. The wings did not have nearly enough BBQ sauce on them. When I called they were rude. I do NOT recommend anyone order from here. This place is very poorly managed and would benefit from new management.

I ordered a spinach and chicken with extra cheese.A large chicken and Philly steak with extra cheese that was small and boneless chicken buffalo. I took my order back and there excuse was there a short staffed. That’s not my problem I was charged over $50.
