Domino's Pizza

This location is near the Publix at the intersection of University Parkway and Lorraine. Terrible experience, pizza was horrible. Shared photo. Can’t believe this was boxed & handed to me. I looked at this pizza when I put the box in my car and went right back into the store. I politely asked the manager to take a look at it.He made excuses for the pizza saying that they couldn't control the oven or how the pizzas turned out. He offered to make another pizza. I accepted his offer and waited for the pizza. (Both pizzas were supposed to be medium, hand tossed regular cheese pizzas.)The manager showed me the second pizza. The second pizza looked as if a 4 year old had poured a large amount of cheese over the pizza. It was difficult to see the actual pizza.Melted cheese had spread out over th

Very disappointed. I ordered twice, I live only 15 minutes away, and both times the order was completely wrong — nothing I ordered was delivered. This is a total lack of respect for the customer. On top of that, the pizza quality is far below other places. Overall, a very poor experience. I will not be ordering again.

We called after the food truck for our event didn’t show up. Ordered 10 pizzas. They were delivered hot and delicious in 30 minutes. They even included plates and napkins! They saved the day!

We had ordered pizza and the estimated carry out time was 18-28 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and they told me it would be another 20 minutes. I was a bit disappointed and just said “huh” and the response was “what are we supposed to do we only have one person doing prep.” No problem, I got back to my car and watch football for 20 minutes on my phone. Then I head back in…pizza is not ready, ended up taking 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my order. The delay wasn’t the problem but the attitude towards customer service is not acceptable. We won’t be back.

I ordered a pizza for pick up. I had a small amount of money left on a gift card (on my phone). The older woman at the cash register was rude and would not even try to help. I explained that I had used this at a nearby Dominos. Her response was, I am not another Dominos. Not going back to this store.
